Yesterday, I helped MMA fighter, Antwain Britt, make a Facebook Business Page for the non-profit organization, Wise Non-Profit. W.I.S.E. (Women’s Initiative for Strength and Empowerment) is a non-profit organization that focuses on the prevention of domestic violence, sexual assault, and physical and emotional abuse. Antwain founded this organization to help balance the scales and give women the tools to defense themselves.
While I was making Wise Non-Profit’s Facebook Business Page, I actually thought “I wish there was a social network out there that others could interact with that’s all about connecting individuals with organizations to help change the world.” Late last night I discovered Jumo. Jumo is just that. It is a new social network that connects individuals and organizations to help change the world.
